Burning Man!
I'm leaving for the playa in less than four hours.
I might post here from the playa if I get to places with an Internet connection (there's supposedly a camp with some Silicon Valley types with a satellite connection and WiFi) but I might not, depending on how much contact I really want with the outside world. If I don't post, I'll have a big fat update the week I get back from the playa, hopefully with pictures and stuff.
The Tribe contingent up there is going to have daily "churchy" get-togethers ("Playa con Dios" is what we're calling it, with bad Espanol and all) with a meal and some conversation, and a Sunday morning dawn service with Eucharist and drumming. As far as we know this is the first time church services will have been held in Black Rock City.

Politically Incorrect Deep Thought
I'm a complete nerd.
As I was sitting at work today, doing nothing whatsoever, I made a connection: if the prefix "mega-" refers to a million of something (ie. megabyte, megaton, etc.), then we might as well have called the Million Man March the Megaman March.
Like I said, I'm a complete nerd. And a politically incorrect one at that.
(I used to be totally obsessed with those games. I still think they're fun.)
